Il progetto, finanziato dalla European Science Foundation, mira a produrre una cronologia affidabile, reltiva ed assoluta, per il III millennio a.C. nell'intero Vicino Oriente, grazie a una sincronizzazione di cronologie regionali. Il ruolo svolto all'interno del laboratorio è quello di gestione del database del progetto.

The ultimate goal of this project, founded by the Eauropean science Foundatuon, is to produce a reliable relative and absolute chronology of the entire Near East based on the synchronization of regional chronologies for the third millennium BC. The Laboratory participates as in charge of the Database Management of the project.
